Developing Africa

Whether you have an idea for a development that you would like to do, or you already have the plans concept put together for a development but don't know how to go about getting the funding, we will be able to assist you. We primarily focus on medical and tourism/hospitality developments, where there is a great need for these sort of developments around Mauritius, South Africa and Africa.

Project Packaging

When we look at any possible project that might be pf interest to us, we will discuss the process and steps with potential clients as to what we do and the services we offer. Below is a break-down of the steps that we like to take for any project.

Step 1:
Project Brief

Initial discussions with the client to identify and understand the potential project.

Step 2:
Project Identification

A deeper look at the project to see if it is a viable project that meets our criteria.

Step 3:
Project Design

Once a project meets our criteria to move forward, we then discuss the design and further requirements with the client.

Step 4:
Project Planning

The project then moves on to the planning phase where all aspects are looked at and defined for moving forward.

Step 5:
Project Implementation

The project plans are then put into action and monitored to make sure the project goes as smoothly as possible.

Step 6:
Project Evaluation and Closure

The project is brought to a close and is checked to make sure that everything meets the highest of standards.

This initial phase of the project is where we meet and discuss with the client the potential project that they would like to fund and develop.

We have a look at the project design and scope as a whole so that it can be presented to potential funders.

Some of the points that we look at are;

  • Project/Programme identification
  • Project/Programme scope
  • Project/Programme duration

If the client does not have a professional team to do the work on the project, we are able to provide a fully qualified professional team to take on the project.

In this stage of the project, we have a deeper look at the project. Once it meets our initial criteria, we then look at the project details to make sure that what we present to potential funders is all correct and in order.

During this stage we look at;

  • Problem analysis
  • Potential analysis
  • Objective analysis

Once the project has been presented to potential funders, we will then give the client feedback as to whether the project will move forward or not.

If the project has been approved, project financing and funding will be arranged with the client, with the client and funder coming to an agreement on the terms of the financing that is being offered, and the project will then move on to the next stage.

Once the project has been aproved, the professional team will be brought in to look at the project design and all aspects of the design that will need to be completed before construction can begin.

If the client does not have a professional team, we are abel to provide the client with a professional team that will be abel to deliver the project to the highest of standards.

Part of this stage is the following;

  • Objective analysis
  • Alternative analysis
  • Defining strategic options

The project then moves on to the planning stage, where the professional team work together to make sure that the best possible plan is put forward for the delivery of the project.

During this stage the following will be defined;

  • Goals
  • Purpose
  • Outputs
  • Activities
  • Assumptions
  • Budgets
  • Performance indicators

Work will now begin on the project with the following having been designed;

  • Plan of operation
  • Plan of monitoring

The client and funder will be kept up to date with the progress of the project with site visits and progress reports during construction

With the project and construction coming to completion, all aspects of the work on the project are analysed to make sure that if there is anything that does not meet project standards are addressed before the project is signed off and handed over.

Once the professional team is happy, the project will be signed off as complete and handed over to the client.
